📖 Content Syndication Case Study – The Transcript

Linda, what problem did WP RSS Aggregator help you to solve?

I am the founder of thebrokerlist.com. We are a community of commercial real estate professionals. When we started our site, we were doing guest blogging and our members could submit blog content to us.

Maintaining the blog was a lot of manual work and it became extremely time-consuming to constantly reformat text and images.

We were looking for a way to bring the member content into our blog community without all that manual effort.

WP RSS Aggregator was the solution we found and it’s turned out to be phenomenal. Now it’s the heart of our blogging system.

What made you choose WP RSS Aggregator over other solutions?

With WordPress, you really need to make sure all of your software and plugins are working together correctly. We’ve been with WP RSS Aggregator for many years without a problem.

I’m so glad we found this solution. To this day, I think WP RSS Aggregator is the best solution.

How has WP RSS Aggregator benefitted your website?

WP RSS Aggregator is a time-saving tool. If you have a community with multiple authors as we do, it just makes sense.

It allows you to share your content without hurting your SEO. We do it in a thoughtful way, using syndication. Our members love it because it doesn’t cause them any extra work. We can just pull their content in.

We only have to reach out directly if there is a problem with the content. Otherwise, it is a completely automated process.

How do you rate the support and service?

I love these guys. I can’t say enough about them!

I want to be sure people know how great WP RSS Aggregator is. It’s almost like they’re old friends because I’ve been with them for so long.

I’ve got this incredible bond with them as developers. If I have a problem, they see it through till the end. They don’t just leave me hanging. They follow up, they keep checking on me.

The WP RSS Aggregator team is always coming up with new tools and features. Their ability to help their customers is constantly expanding without us even asking for it. I didn’t even know I needed some of the things that they’ve rolled out!

I can’t say enough good things about the customer service provided by Mark and his team. That’s why I’m so loyal to them.

What would you say to someone considering WP RSS Aggregator?

Don’t hesitate! I would definitely work with Mark and his team.

I always say, “Try plan A and if plan A doesn’t work, go to plan B.” I don’t think you’ll have to go to plan B if you start with WP RSS Aggregator.

They will give you 110% and solve any issues you may have. They will also help you find the problems and most of those problems are probably going to be on your end, not theirs!

👇 Final Thoughts

Linda has been using WP RSS Aggregator since 2014 and hasn’t looked back since. In the past years, she has continued to grow and develop both her blog and her community of real estate professionals through content syndication.

When done tastefully and with the right intentions, syndicating content can have immensely positive effects for everyone involved.

  • The syndication website receives more traffic and has more content to keep readers interested.
  • The original authors receive exposure through additional channels and their content is read by an otherwise unattainable audience.
  • The readers visiting your website get access to a wider variety of content from industry leaders.

Setting up content syndication for your website with the WP RSS Aggregator Pro Plan requires some initial work that will pay off tremendously, and often times exponentially over the years.

As Linda mentioned, having a team of developers and support staff to back up your content syndication tools is vital. That’s why we pride ourselves on offering top-notch and timely support for all free and premium users of our plugins.

  1. Hello, I am interested in your products but have one question:
I need something that can capture RSS feeds and post them in a grid on my website showing image, title, excerpt, source, date of publication, and linking back to the original article-source. I DO NOT want to import the posts and get hundreds of posts on my WP dashboard area. By what I have read on your website, it is not clear if just using the core plugin + template add-on is enough for what I want… or if I also need to get the “feed to post” add-on ? I saw an image on your website, an example or case study that says that I would need the post-to-feed add-on… Can you please clarify? If so, even if I get the post-to-feed, is there a way to avoid importing all the posts and still constructing the grid?
    Thanks!
