At checkout, we currently offer two payment options, PayPal and Credit/Debit Card.
As of today, however, PayPal will no longer be available as a payment option when purchasing more than one add-on or plan at a time. It will continue to be available when purchasing a single add-on or a single plan, or when purchasing lifetime licenses, or even if you decide to make multiple purchases for each add-on or plan.
This change does not affect the purchase of lifetime licenses since they are one-time payments, not subscriptions.
This is a decision imposed on us by PayPal as they have entirely disabled support for purchasing multiple subscriptions in a single checkout. In order to avoid errors at checkout, we have implemented a few restrictions and added notices throughout the checkout process to guide you on the available options.
For this reason, PayPal will no longer be visible to you at checkout when more than one item is in your cart. When this is the case, you may do one of the following:
- Proceed to check out using a credit/debit card instead of PayPal.
- Purchase one add-on or plan at a time with PayPal. This means you need to purchase one item with PayPal, go back to our site, add a new item to your now empty cart, check out with PayPal again, and so on.
- Opt for one of our discounted Plans. Since our plans include multiple add-ons, you may only need to make one payment. This option is also a great money-saver as you can save tens or hundreds of dollars depending on the licenses you need.
