Learn how to configure Custom Feed settings to create a tailored RSS feed containing your imported items.
Contents

The Custom Feed settings allow you to create a custom RSS feed on your site that includes all of your imported items.

Let’s take a look at how to configure the custom RSS feed according to your preferences.

Accessing the Custom Feed Settings

  1. Go to Aggregator in the WordPress dashboard.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Select Custom Feed from the settings menu.

Configuring the Custom Feed Settings

  1. Custom RSS Feed URL: Define the URL path for your custom RSS feed. For example, if your site URL is https://example.com, you can append a custom path such as wprss to create the full feed URL https://example.com/wprss. Click on Open custom feed to view the RSS feed in your browser.
  2. Custom RSS Feed Title: Provide a title for your custom RSS feed. For example: “Latest imported feed items on example.com”
  3. Custom RSS Feed Limit: Set the number of items to include in the custom RSS feed. For example, enter 15 to limit the feed to the latest 15 imported items.

Once you’re happy with your configuration, click on the Save button to apply the changes.

By configuring these settings, you can create and customize an RSS feed that includes all the imported content from your WP RSS Aggregator plugin, allowing you to share this feed with your audience or use it in other tools for things like email newsletters.
