PLUGIN LICENSING
WP RSS Aggregator and all add-ons (extensions) are licensed under the GNU general public license.
OWNERSHIP
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our products. They are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use our products.
SOFTWARE UPDATES
WP RSS Aggregator will, from time to time, release updates to the software that improve functionality and/or address bugs and/or limitations. All updates will be owned by WP RSS Aggregator and made available under the GPL license. Updates are included for free for a period of one year from the purchase date. If you have a valid and active license key subscription, and your add-on(s) (extension[s]) support(s) it, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard. After the one (1) year period, you either need to renew your license (automatically via a subscription, or manually) or purchase a new license in order to continue receiving product updates.
Note: Updates for legacy v4 add-ons have been discontinued. Users of legacy add-ons must upgrade to v5 and a current plan to continue receiving updates.
AI-POWERED FEATURES
WP RSS Aggregator offers optional AI-powered features available on select license plans. By enabling AI features, you agree to the following terms:
Availability and Credits
AI-powered features are available exclusively on certain plans. Each plan tier includes an annual allocation of AI plan credits. View plan credits
Plan credits renew to the original amount each year on your renewal date. If you upgrade your subscription to a higher tier during your current subscription year, your new tier’s full annual credit allocation will apply for the remainder of that year, less any credits already consumed under your previous tier; your renewal date remains unchanged. If you cancel your subscription or let it expire, any unused plan credits are permanently forfeited.

Credit packs are one-time purchases tied to your license and do not automatically renew. Unused credits never expire on their own and carry forward across subscription renewals; however, they become inactive and cannot be used if your license expires or is cancelled.
Plan credits are consumed first, followed by any credit packs you’ve purchased.
AI credits are allocated per license and shared across all sites activated under that license. For multi-site licenses, AI credits will need to be allocated to specific sites through your account dashboard before use. See our Help Center for detailed instructions.
At each subscription renewal, the per-site credit usage counters shown in your account (covering both plan credits and credit pack credits) are reset to zero for display purposes only; credit pack credits already consumed are not refunded or restored, and credit packs continue to draw from their actual remaining balance until fully depleted.
Third-Party AI Processing
AI-powered features are powered by one or more third-party artificial intelligence service providers, which may be based in different countries. When you enable AI features, your RSS feed content will be sent to AI service provider(s) for processing. This may include:
- Feed item titles and descriptions
- Author names and metadata (if present in the feed)
- Your selected settings and preferences
Our AI service provider(s) process this content to generate AI-powered results and may retain data for a limited period of time for abuse monitoring in accordance with their applicable data retention policies. By using AI-powered features, you acknowledge that your content will be processed by a third-party service that may be located outside your jurisdiction and consent to this data transfer. If you do not consent, AI-powered features cannot be used. You may withdraw consent at any time by disabling AI features in your plugin settings, which will stop all further AI processing.

We reserve the right to change AI service providers at any time; material changes will be communicated through our standard channels.
Content Ownership and Accuracy
You retain full ownership of all AI-generated content created using WP RSS Aggregator. You are free to use, modify, publish, or delete this content as you see fit.
IMPORTANT: AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Artificial intelligence systems can produce errors, misinterpret source content, or generate content that does not accurately reflect the original material. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before publication or use. WP RSS Aggregator makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content.
No Refunds on AI Credits
AI plan credits and credit packs are non-refundable digital goods. Once consumed, credits cannot be refunded or exchanged. For license refund eligibility, see the REFUNDS section below.
Modifications and Discontinuation
We reserve the right to:
- Modify credit pricing, allocations, or consumption rates at any time
- Change, limit, or discontinue AI features with or without notice
- Switch to alternative AI providers if necessary
- Modify the technical implementation of AI features
Changes to credit allocations will not affect credits already allocated to active licenses, but may apply to license renewals or new purchases.
Data Processing and Privacy
By using AI-powered features, you acknowledge and agree that:
- WP RSS Aggregator will transmit your feed content to our third-party AI service provider(s) for processing
- Our AI service provider(s) may be located outside your jurisdiction, and data may be transferred internationally.
- You may disable AI features at any time to stop future processing
Usage Analytics
We may collect anonymous usage analytics to improve AI-powered features, including:
- User-selected preferences
- Feature generation success/failure rates
- Time required to generate results
We do NOT collect:
- Feed URLs or sources
- Post titles or content
- Your WordPress site URL
- Personally identifiable information
You may opt out of analytics collection at any time in your AI features settings; however, doing so will disable AI-powered features, as analytics collection is required for their operation. Basic billing data (credits consumed, timestamps) is always collected for account management purposes and cannot be disabled.
Your Responsibilities
When using AI-powered features, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have the right to process the feed content you import
- Reviewing AI-generated content for accuracy before publication
- Complying with the terms of service of feed sources you aggregate
- Ensuring your use of AI features complies with applicable laws and regulations
- Not using AI-powered features to process illegal, harmful, or prohibited content
Limitation of Liability for AI Features
In addition to our general limitation of liability terms, WP RSS Aggregator specifically disclaims all liability for:
- Inaccuracies or errors in AI-generated content
- Damages resulting from publishing AI-generated content
- Service interruptions or unavailability of AI features
- Changes to AI service provider terms or pricing
- Loss of data or credits due to technical issues
AI-powered features are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
SUPPORT SERVICES
Support for purchased plans and legacy add-ons is provided for free for up to one year after the purchase date. Note: Technical support for v4 add-ons has been discontinued. However, migration assistance to help legacy add-on users upgrade to v5 and a current plan is provided.
Support for purchased add-ons (extensions) is provided for free for up to one year after the purchase date. WP RSS Aggregator will provide a reasonable level of technical and end-user support regarding the software via email and other channels as announced from time to time on wprssaggregator.com. Availability and methods of contacting us will be published on the WP RSS Aggregator website and/or other channels. If you wish to get support after one year, you must renew your license key or purchase a new license for the add-on (extension) you wish to get support for. For purchases that include an automatically renewing subscription, support will be provided for as long as the subscription remains active. License holders cannot distribute, freely give away, or resell their license key. The license key is only transferable by contacting us and requesting an official transfer of the license to a new owner. The license is intended to be used on the license holders website(s). Client site usage is permitted in situations where the license holder maintains an ongoing relationship with the client as a consultant. The scope of our support is to assist you with anything to do with our plugins directly. Below is a list of what this support excludes:
- Customisation/modification of the existing plugins’ codebase beyond what is provided in our Knowledge Base.
- Styling customisations of our shortcode display beyond what is provided in our Knowledge Base.
- Styling customisations of a theme’s display of posts when using the Feed to Post add-on.
- Implementation of custom field mapping and extraction rules for Feed to Post users.
- Issues with the functionality of 3rd party applications integrated with our plugins.
- Issues with server and website setups that affect the functionality of our plugins, such as WordPress cron.
We may, at our own discretion, provide guidance on resources to refer to for the above situations. Support for free plugins is provided under no obligation through the WordPress Plugin Support Forum. WP RSS Aggregator reserves the right, at any time, to refuse or stop to provide support for a free user. The reasons for this may include but are not limited to:
- The website(s) in question contain(s) explicit or offensive content, as determined by WP RSS Aggregator.
- You or someone speaking on your behalf does not behave in a civil manner towards WP RSS Aggregator personnel.
- You or someone speaking on your behalf make demands that are unreasonable or clearly outside the scope of our support.
LEGACY ADD-ONS
As of January 31, 2026, individual add-ons (extensions) for WP RSS Aggregator are no longer available for purchase or renewal. Customers who previously purchased add-ons must upgrade to a current plan to continue receiving support and updates.
Important notes for legacy add-on users:
- v4 add-ons are no longer supported. To receive support, you must upgrade to v5 and a current plan.
- Renewals are disabled for expired add-on licenses. You must purchase a current plan to continue using premium features.
- No new updates are being released for v4 add-ons.

TRANSACTIONAL EMAILS
We may on occasion send you email notifications related to your plugin license. These transactional emails may include notification of licensing changes, changes to our terms and conditions, license expiration notices and other transactional emails related to your purchase of WP RSS Aggregator add-ons (extensions).
PLUGIN DELIVERY
After payment has been successfully processed, you will be directed to a copy of your receipt that contains download links. This receipt will also be emailed to you. This may take up to 1 hour to arrive but usually happens instantly when placing the order. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us here.
AI Credits: For licenses that include AI credits, your plan credits are automatically added to your license and renew to the original amount each year. Separately purchased credit packs are added to your license immediately after purchase.
PRICING & BILLING
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time and for any reason without prior notice or consent. We reserve the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade a plugin subscription and/or license key without prior notice or consent. We reserve the right to not honour typographical errors which may cause incorrect pricing to be shown on the website. All price options are billed yearly on a subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account.
CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY
WP RSS Aggregator will absolutely never sell or share your personal information with third parties. All data we collect will be used for internal purposes only. WP RSS Aggregator shall keep strictly confidential all non-public information that it may collect from you in connection with your use of the software. You shall not provide WP RSS Aggregator with any personal data (EU/GDPR) or personally identifiable information (USA) unless specifically authorised in writing beforehand. If you do, you shall fully indemnify WP RSS Aggregator for all costs and damages associated with its processing and removal, including administrative fines and costs of secure deletion.
When you use AI-powered features, your content may be processed by third-party AI service providers. For detailed information about how AI features process your data, please refer to the AI-POWERED FEATURES section of these Terms and Conditions.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Except in case of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, WP RSS Aggregator accepts no liability for any damages caused in connection with the services under this agreement. This includes but is not limited to damages in the form of data loss, failure to operate, lost revenue or missed profits.
ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
WP RSS Aggregator reserves the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any updates and support license with or without notice. The reasons for this may include but are not limited to:
- The website(s) in question contain(s) explicit or offensive content, as determined by WP RSS Aggregator.
- You or someone speaking on your behalf does not behave in a civil manner towards WP RSS Aggregator personnel.
- You or someone speaking on your behalf make demands that are unreasonable or clearly outside the scope of the contract.
RESPONSIBILITY
WP RSS Aggregator is not to be held responsible for how our software is used on any website, or for any content that is being deemed to be imported from any source in an illegal manner, or in a manner that goes against the feed source’s guidelines or terms of use. As the license holder, you are fully responsible for the use of our products on your, or your client’s website(s), and you take full ownership of any and all misconduct through the use of our products.
REFUNDS
We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you have problems getting any of our add-ons to work, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. IMPORTANT NOTES:
- We sometimes ask for the chance to understand, and try to fix, your issue before issuing any refund, with your permission.
- We do not guarantee compatibility with all 3rd party plugins and themes, with all web browsers, with all hosting providers or with all server setups, as explained further in our Warranty (below).
- Refunds may only be issued within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, no refunds will be processed.
- In the case of automatic subscription renewals, the same 30-day refund policy above applies.
- No refunds are provided on the upgrading of a license from yearly to lifetime. Further clarification on refunds for lifetime license upgrades can be found here.
- AI Credits: For licenses that include AI credits, refunds are available within 30 days of purchase only if you have used fewer than 500 AI credits. If you have used 500 or more credits, the license is non-refundable. Credit packs purchased separately are non-refundable under all circumstances.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)
If you’re a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. This is your statutory cooling-off period under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
The 14-day period starts on the day you complete your purchase, since our products are digital and supplied to you immediately rather than shipped.
To withdraw, you can use the withdrawal form on our EU Right of Withdrawal page, where you can submit your request online and receive a timestamped acknowledgement. You can also tell us by any other clear statement, for example by email, if you prefer.
Application of the Right
Our products are digital content that isn’t supplied on a physical medium. Under the directive, your right of withdrawal ends once we’ve begun supplying that content to you, but only if both of these are true: you asked us to begin straight away, and you acknowledged that doing so means you lose your right to withdraw. We started asking for that acknowledgement at checkout as of 25th June 2026. If you gave it and the download or access has begun, the purchase is no longer eligible for withdrawal. If you didn’t give that acknowledgement, your 14-day right stands in full.
Refunds
If we accept your withdrawal, we’ll refund you for that purchase. We process refunds separately from your request, so there may be a short delay between us accepting your withdrawal and the refund reaching you. We’ll always action it promptly.
WARRANTY
Our plugin is guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress. We do not guarantee compatibility with all 3rd party plugins and themes, with all web browsers, with all hosting providers and/or with all server setups. We are not responsible for any plugin and theme compatibility conflicts that may occur. It is our policy to support our plugins as best we can and we will provide support for 3rd party plugin and theme conflicts at our discretion, or as time allows. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur as a result of installing this plugin. We do not guarantee that all RSS feeds found across the internet will function with WP RSS Aggregator. Certain non-standard feeds and certain feeds that are considered valid by the W3C Feed Validation Service might have trouble importing. W e do not guarantee compatibility with all feed sources on earth.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing our product(s) you indicate that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions detailed on this page. This agreement is entered into on the day your initial fee payment is received by WP RSS Aggregator and remains in force for an initial twelve (12) month period. Upon receipt of further payments, the agreement is renewed for successive yearly periods.
