    1. Hi Nicholas, 200 feeds is a feat! I’m sure the preview feature will come in handy. Thank you for your interest – we’ll be in touch!

  1. Gibt es einen ETA?
Die aktuelle WP RSS Version spamt mein Debug Log so extrem mit Deprecation notices, weil wir php 8.x verwenden und der Code dieses Plugins mittlerweile total veraltet ist…

    1. Hi Saskia, while we’re still actively working on solving issues that might come up with the current version, I acknowledge that PHP 8 deprecation notices has been an issue for some users. However, version 5.0 will be fully compatible with PHP 8.x and will be available around late June.

      1. Hi Gaby,
gibt es eine Möglichkeit, über den neuen Release informiert zu werden?
Ggf. besteht auch Interesse, im Vorfeld eine Beta-Version zu testen.

Wie sieht es mit der Kompatibilität von Pro-Addons aus, z. B. dem Feed to Post-Addon? Wird dieses mit dem 5.0-Branch kompatibel sein bzw. zum Releasetermin eine kompatible Version zur Verfügung stehen oder wird dieses erst später nachgeliefert?

        1. Hi Daniel, thank you for your interest in Aggregator v5! You can sign up for updates at the top of this page. Aggregator v5 will incorporate all the add-ons you are currently enjoying, including Feed to Post. We’ll then guide you through the migration process upon release.

  2. I want to include Aggregator in the two new client websites I am working on.

Is there an approximate date for the launch of v5 so I can avoid having to update only a little while after launching my these two websites?

    1. Hi Paul, we’re working on having it available for download within the next 2 to 3 weeks. In the meantime, if you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out.

  3. Hallo,

    1. Hi Daniel,

Thank you for reaching out. We apologize for the delay. We’re excited to confirm that the plugin will be released in Q3 2024. We’ve encountered some challenges, but as this is a significant update, we want to ensure everything is in excellent condition before launching. Our priority is to provide you with a top-quality plugin that delivers an outstanding experience.

  4. As someone who’s gone (almost) all-in as an Unlimited Pro customer, I’m looking forward to seeing version 5 when it comes out.

I wonder if future versions might tap into JSON, or if we’re sticking with RSS? And if the plugin could be installed on both source site and destination site, to open up additional functionality and security.

    1. Hi Lance, we appreciate your enthusiasm for version 5.0! Our team is diligently working to ensure that we deliver the best possible product with a seamless migration experience for all our valued customers, both existing and new. This commitment has meant that we’ve needed to adjust our initial timeline. However, we are making every effort to have it ready for you by the end of the year. Thank you for your patience and support!

  5. Hi,
Is it possible to translate in french ? For exemple, “ago” to “il y a” or other things.
Is it possible to group some feed sources (I would like to group text media, youtube video, podcasts, …).

    1. Hi Mathieu, translations will be available after launch, yes. We won’t have them all ready right away, but it’s something we’ll be actively working on. We’re also working on making more of the plugin translateable.

As for grouping of sources, yes, you’ll be able to do that using Folders. As of right now, it’s already possible using the Categories add-on which is part of all premium plans, so you can group sources into categories. In v5, that terminology will change to Folders and there will be an automatic migration to move things over smoothly into the new version.
