Websites running versions of PHP older than PHP 7 may notice that when the "Import Order" option in the general WP RSS Aggregator settings is set to "Original Feed Order" (or "Any"), the feed items are imported in reverse order.
This is a PHP issue that was resolved in PHP 7.
If you're using a PHP version older than PHP 7, please use the "Latest first" or "Oldest first" options for "Import Order" depending on your preferences. Ideally, we recommend asking your host to upgrade you to PHP 7 or newer.
If you're using PHP 7 or newer, any option will work correctly.
