We’ve made managing your Aggregator license key activations possible in 3 ways.
You can use the below methods to activate a new license key, deactivate a license key, or simply monitor on which websites your license keys are currently activated.
Your Aggregator Account
The first and best option for the long-term management of your licenses is through your account on the Aggregator website. Here’s how you can do that:
Step 1
Go to https://www.wprssaggregator.com/account/ and log in to your account.
Step 2
Click on Licenses.
Step 3
Find the relevant license key and click on Manage Sites.
Step 4
View and manage your license activations.
From here, you can view what websites your license is currently activated on, deactivate the license from specific sites, or even add the license key to a new website.
Your Website’s Admin Dashboard
The second option is to manage your license key directly from each individual website’s admin dashboard. Here’s how that works:
Step 1
Go to Aggregator > Manage Plan in your WordPress site’s dashboard.
Step 2
Manage your license key from this page.
From here, you can activate or deactivate a license key for any premium plan, and you have access to the upgrades available to you according to your current plan.
Once a license is activated on your site, you will also be able to see certain critical information, such as the license’s status, the owner’s details, its expiry date, and how many activations are remaining.
Contact Support
Although we offer two self-service options to manage your license key’s activation and deactivation, we understand that you may sometimes need help.
If, for whatever reason, you cannot access your Aggregator Account or your website’s Manage Plan page, please contact our support team. We will help you with debugging any issue you may be facing and even deactivate a license from a specific URL for you.
When doing so, please provide us with the following information so that we can correctly identify you as the account owner. We only make changes to a license when the request comes directly from the account holder or we have explicit permission from them.
- The original email address that was used to make the purchase.
- The plan whose license you wish to update in whatever way.
- The license key of the plan you wish to make changes to or review.
- The website URL for which you would like to manage the license.
We will then review your account, and if everything is in order, we will help you resolve your issue.
