IN THIS ARTICLE
This guide delves into common issues related to single-site and multi-site licenses, offering solutions for managing domain changes and ensuring smooth license functionality.
Contents

When a license is marked as No activations left, it means you’ve reached the activation limit. This refers to the number of websites you can use the license on.

Single-Site License

If you’ve purchased a single-site license and are seeing this error, you might have either used the same license on another domain or recently changed the website’s domain.

Note that in most cases, you can use the same license on a live site and a staging or development site at the same time (with one single activation). However, there are some exceptions.

To manage your domain:

  1. Go to your Aggregator Account.
  2. Click on the Licenses tab.
  3. Find your plan.
  4. Click on Manage sites.
Manage Sites
  1. Ensure that the domain is correct.
  2. If it is incorrect, deactivate the site.
Deactivate Sites
No sites activated
  1. Go back to your website and click on Aggregator > Manage Plan and reactivate the license.

Multi-Site Licenses

Similar issues may occur even with larger licenses (5 sites, 20 sites, etc) due to staging sites or domain changes.

If none of the above resolved your issue and need further help, please contact our support team.
