Purchasing Additional AI Credits

AI Credit Packs are additional credits you can purchase to increase the AI Credit balance on your license. They are tied to the license they are purchased for and cannot be transferred to another license.

How to Purchase Additional AI Credits

There are two ways to purchase additional AI Credits.

Licenses Page

To purchase AI Credits from the Licenses page, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to the Licenses tab.
3. Find the license you want to add AI Credits to.
4. Click Buy more AI Credits.
5. Choose the AI Credit Pack you want to purchase.
6. Click Buy Now.
7. Complete the checkout process.

Manage License Page

To purchase AI Credits from the Manage License page, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to the Licenses tab.
3. Find the license you want to add AI Credits to.
4. Click Manage AI Credits.
5. Click Buy more AI Credits.
6. Choose the AI Credit Pack you want to purchase.
7. Click Buy Now.
8. Complete the checkout process.

Once the purchase is complete, the credit pack will be added to the selected license’s credit balance.

Note: If you purchase AI Credit Packs, the credits are added to that license’s credit balance. You will then need to allocate the credits to the sites that should use them. For detailed steps, see Allocating AI Credits to Different Sites.
