Utilize the WordPress Site Health feature to monitor your website's performance and identify potential issues.
Contents

Site Health is a valuable WordPress feature that helps you monitor your website’s overall performance and detect potential issues. It provides two key sections: the Status screen, which highlights any critical problems or recommendations, and the Info screen, which offers detailed information about your website and server setup.

Using Site Health for Troubleshooting

When troubleshooting an issue with our support team, having detailed information about your site’s configuration is essential for us to better understand what may be causing your issue. WordPress makes this easy through the Site Health Info section, which provides a comprehensive overview of your website’s settings and server setup.

To access this information, go to Tools > Site Health, then click on the Info tab.

2. Click the Copy site info to clipboard button, as shown in the screenshot below.

Once copied, you can either paste the information into a text file to save it on your device or
paste it directly into an email, then send it to our support team for troubleshooting purposes.
