Before updating your subscription billing details, it is important to know which payment gateway you used. Each gateway handles billing updates differently, so please follow the specific instructions for your provider below.
PayPal

To update or modify your billing details or credit card in PayPal, please follow PayPal’s instructions.
Stripe

If you are using Stripe, you will receive an invoice by email before your next renewal. You can update your billing details or add new card information directly through the invoice link provided.
2Checkout (now Verifone)

To update or modify your billing details or credit card in 2Checkout, please follow 2Checkout’s instructions.
Note: The 2Checkout payment method is only used by existing subscription from pre-2020. For new subscriptions or updates, we highly recommend using Stripe for easier management as we are slowly phasing out our 2Checkout integration.
General Reminders
- Applies to Future Renewals Only: Any changes you make will apply to upcoming subscription renewals. Past payments cannot be adjusted.
- Not Sure Which Gateway You Used? You can find the payment gateway used for your subscription in your original order confirmation email or by checking the Orders section in your account.
