If our plugin does not meet your needs, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, as outlined in our refund policy. Refund requests made after 30 days will not be considered.
How the 30-Day Period Works
The 30-day refund window begins on the date of your original purchase.
For example:
If you purchase the Pro Plan on April 1, 2025, you have until April 30, 2025 to request a refund. During this time, you are encouraged to fully test the plugin, contact support if needed, and evaluate if it meets your expectations.
If you request a refund before the 30 days expire, and we offer assistance to resolve your issue, your initial refund request remains valid. If we successfully resolve your original issue and you later request a refund for a different reason after the 30-day period, it is at our discretion to approve or decline the refund.
Refunds on Automatic Renewals
Automatic license renewals are also covered by our 30-day refund policy.
If your license renews automatically and you no longer wish to continue, you are eligible for a refund if you request it within 30 days of the renewal date.
Refund requests made after 30 days from the renewal will not be accepted.
Refunds on Lifetime Licenses
Lifetime license purchases are subject to the same 30-day money-back guarantee. Any refund request made after 30 days from the purchase date will not be considered.
The same 30-day money-back period applies to lifetime license purchases. Any refund request made beyond the 30-day period from the purchase date will not be considered.
Refunds on Lifetime License Upgrades
We do not offer refunds on yearly licenses that have been upgraded to lifetime licenses. Please ensure you fully understand this before proceeding with an upgrade.
If you have already completed the upgrade, we are unable to issue a refund. Customers are clearly informed of this policy at checkout before any payment is processed.
Important: Once a yearly license is upgraded to a lifetime license, the associated yearly subscription is permanently canceled and cannot be reinstated. If you wish to return to a yearly subscription after upgrading, you would need to purchase a new yearly license.
Refunds When Plugins Are Not Used Within 30 Days
Choosing not to use the plugin within the first 30 days does not extend the refund window. It is your responsibility to test the product during the initial 30 days. Refunds requested after the 30-day period, regardless of whether the plugin was used, will not be granted.
