We have not found a specific cause for this error. The only possible cause seems to be having an outdated version of the core WP RSS Aggregator plugin installed.
Solution
The solution to such an error, so far, has been to deactivate, delete, and then re-install the plugins.
Once that’s done, the plugins should run normally again, as will your site.
