AI TL;DRs allow you to automatically generate concise bullet-point summaries for imported posts in Aggregator.
Instead of asking readers to scan the full imported article right away, AI TL;DRs give them a quick, scannable list of the main points. This can make your imported content easier to browse, especially when working with long articles, curated news feeds, or research-based content.
When enabled for a source, Aggregator generates a TL;DR during import and adds it to the imported post as a separate TL;DR block. The original imported content remains unchanged.

How It Works
AI TL;DRs are configured per source.
When AI TL;DRs are enabled for a source, Aggregator generates a TL;DR for each new imported post from that source. The TL;DR is based on the imported post content and is added to the post as a separate TL;DR block.
AI TL;DRs do not replace the original imported content. They are added alongside the content based on the display option you choose when setting up the feature.
Display Options
You can show the TL;DR before or after the imported post content, depending on how you want it to appear.
AI Credits
AI TL;DRs are powered by AI Credits.
Each successfully generated TL;DR uses AI Credits. If you generate a preview while setting up AI TL;DRs, that will also use AI Credits.

Where AI TL;DRs Can Be Used
AI TL;DRs currently work with sources that import feed items as WordPress posts or custom post types.
Note: AI TL;DRs are currently not supported when:
– The source stores imported content as Feed Items.
– Curation is enabled for the source.
Version Requirements
AI TL;DRs require Aggregator 5.1.0 or later.
- If you are using Aggregator 5.0.x, update to the latest version to use AI TL;DRs.
- If you are still using Aggregator v4, you must first update to the latest version and complete the migration process before AI TL;DRs become available.
