Import/Export Feed Items

Feed Items are stored as a custom post type in WordPress, allowing easy import and export.

Importing Feed Items

1. Navigate: Go to Tools > Import in your WordPress dashboard.
2. Choose Importer: Scroll down to WordPress and click on Run Importer. Install it if prompted by following the instructions.
3. Upload File: On the Import page, click Choose File to select your file, then click Upload File and Import.
4. Locate Items: Imported feed items will appear under Feed Items in your WordPress sidebar.

Exporting Feed Items

1. Navigate: Go to Tools > Export in your WordPress dashboard.
2. Select Feed Items: Choose Feed Items, then click Download Export File.
3. Transfer: The file can now be imported into another WordPress site with WP RSS Aggregator installed.

Note: When exporting from a site that uses premium features, those settings won’t transfer to a site with only the core plugin.
