When you update WP RSS Aggregator (free) to version 5.0.2, you will see a notice if you are also running Aggregator Premium.

In WP RSS Aggregator Premium v5.0.0 and v5.0.1, premium updates were not detected correctly due to a configuration issue. This has been fixed in v5.0.2.
To restore update checks, WP RSS Aggregator Premium needs a one-time only manual update to v5.0.2. Your settings and data will remain intact.
After this step, updates will work as normal.
