You may upgrade your license or plan at any point in your billing cycle, meaning as long as you have a valid and active license key, it can be upgraded.
Upgrading your plan means moving to a higher plan with additional features.
Updating your license means increasing the number of sites that you can use your license on.
You can upgrade your plan and license yourself by following the method described below,
Note: Upgrading a license is not the same as renewing a license. An upgrade does not include a renewal. All license upgrades are pro-rated for annual renewals (subscriptions). This means that you only pay the difference in price between your current license and the new license, and you only pay for the time left on your existing license. Lifetime licenses are not pro-rated.
Option 1: Upgrade from Your Account
To upgrade your plan or license:
- Log in to your account.
- Open the
Upgradestab or click here. - Find the license you would like to upgrade. If you own a bundle or plan, it’s very important not to upgrade a single add-on from within the bundle/plan, but the bundle/plan as a whole.
- Click on
Upgrade Plan. - Click on
View Upgrades. - Click on
Upgrade Licensefor your preferred option. - You will be taken directly to the checkout page.
- Complete the payment using your preferred method.
- Your license has now been upgraded and your new details have also been sent via email.
Option 2: Request an Upgrade
If you do not have access to your Aggregator account or cannot use the above method, please contact our support team for help. We can provide you with a link to directly upgrade your existing license in one click.
You will need to provide us with the following:
- The original email address that was used to make the purchase.
- The add-on or bundle/plan you wish to upgrade from and their license key.
- The plan or license that you wish to upgrade to.
