Learn how to efficiently manage your Displays using the Displays List page.
Contents

The Displays List page provides a clear overview of all the Displays you’ve created in Aggregator. This page allows you to manage and organize your Displays efficiently.

  • Create a New Display: Use the button at the top to create new Displays.
  • Search: Quickly find specific Displays with the search field.
  • Displays List: The table shows all your existing Displays.

Displays List

The table provides an overview of all the Displays you have created, offering key information and management options:

  1. Name:
    • The display’s name and its layour (e.g. “Grid” or “List”). Click the display name to edit the display. Next to the name, you can also see how many sources or folders are being used in the display.
  2. Instances:
    • The number of instances where this display is used across your site. This column helps you track the number of locations where the display is active, giving you insights into its use and coverage.
  3. Shortcode:
    • The shortcode for each display. You can copy and paste this shortcode into posts, pages, or widgets to embed the display.

Bulk Actions

Manage multiple displays at once using bulk actions.

When selecting only one display using the checkboxes to the left, the bulk actions available are:

  • Duplicate: Create an exact copy of the selected display with all settings applied, but no sources or folders selected. This is ideal for creating multiple displays with the same designs to be used in different area of your site, embedding content from different sources.
  • Delete: You can delete a display using this action

When selecting multiple displays, the bulk actions available are:

  • Delete: You can delete multiple displays at once. This is useful for cleaning up unused or old displays in bulk. You can detect which displays are not used from their instances.
