Currently, you can’t downgrade to a lower plan directly from your account. If you’d like to move to a lower plan, here’s what to do:
- Cancel your current subscription
You’ll first need to cancel your existing subscription. Follow the steps in our cancelling a subscription guide. - Check your refund eligibility
- If you’re still within our 30-day money-back guarantee, you can request a refund.
- If you’re outside this window, your current license will remain active until it expires. After that, you can purchase a new plan at the level you prefer.
- Purchase your new plan
Once your refund is processed (if eligible) or once your current license has expired, you can buy the plan that best fits your needs.
Note: If you’re on a payment gateway that doesn’t allow self-cancellation (e.g., 2Checkout), please contact our support team to assist with the cancellation.
