While downgrades can’t be done directly in your account, you can still switch to a lower plan. Simply cancel your current subscription, request a refund if you’re within 30 days, or wait until your license expires to choose the plan that works best for you.
Contents

Currently, you can’t downgrade to a lower plan directly from your account. If you’d like to move to a lower plan, here’s what to do:

  1. Cancel your current subscription
You’ll first need to cancel your existing subscription. Follow the steps in our cancelling a subscription guide.
  2. Check your refund eligibility
    • If you’re still within our 30-day money-back guarantee, you can request a refund.
    • If you’re outside this window, your current license will remain active until it expires. After that, you can purchase a new plan at the level you prefer.
  3. Purchase your new plan
Once your refund is processed (if eligible) or once your current license has expired, you can buy the plan that best fits your needs.

Note: If you’re on a payment gateway that doesn’t allow self-cancellation (e.g., 2Checkout), please contact our support team to assist with the cancellation.
