Source List
The table presents each source with the following columns:
- Name:
- Displays the source name and its type (e.g. “feed items” or “posts”). Click the source name to edit the source.
- If the source is added to a folder, it will be displayed below the name. Click the folder name to edit the folder.
- Displays:
- Indicates which display the source is being used in. Click the display name to edit the display.
- Status:
- Monitor the automatic fetching schedule for each source.
- Shows the last update time, i.e. the time since the last automatic fetch happened.
- It also indicates any issues, such as failed updates.
- Imported Items:
- Shows the total number of items imported for the source.
- Click to access the
Feed Itemspage. - Provides “Fetch” (manual fetching) and “Delete” (permanently deletes items) actions.
- The “Fetch” link is a way to manually fetch new items from a source. If the source is active, it ignores the automatic schedule for this fetch.
- The “Delete” link will permanently delete all imported items from this source. This is not reversible, so although you can re-fetch the items, if an older item is no longer available in the source’s feed, it cannot be re-imported.
- Toggle:
- The toggle switch reflects the activation state – active (blue toggle) or paused (grey toggle).
- An active source will fetch new content as scheduled.
- A paused source will not fetch new content automatically, but you can manually fetch new content using the “Fetch” option under “Imported items”
